The 31 Most Motivational Posts To Kick Off The New You

The 31 Most Motivational Posts To Kick Off The New YouYou’ve made it through another year! How does your end match up with what you thought it would be this time last year?

It’s January 1, and that means it’s time for you to start working on your New Year’s decisions (resolutions don’t work). Maybe you’ve got some, maybe you don’t. You might be too sick at the moment to do anything about it anyway.

That’s why I did some legwork for you. I spent some time looking for the best motivational posts I could find, and I’ve linked you to them below.

Most of them are related specifically to fitness, others aren’t. But I can promise you there are at least several in this list that will help you get going with your new goals.

So without further ado, here are the top 31 motivational posts I found to help you kick start your fitness.

The most inspirational video ever

Finally, I’m extremely happy to share this one with you. I don’t know why I didn’t think of him before.

I searched Youtube for “the most motivational video ever.” The top search result was a video of a friend of mine. Nick was born with no arms and no legs, but I bet he has a richer life than nearly everyone on the planet.

What do you do if you fall? You use your arms and legs to get up.

What do you do if you fall but you have no arms or legs?

You get up anyway.

Go get it!

Ok, now you’ve spent a really long time getting motivated. Now get to work. ;)

What’s your biggest motivation this year?

  1. Thanks for including me in this list of posts by some incredible authors and even some friends! It’s funny to me how many of the same sites we must read.

Wishing you a year of motivation in 2012.

    • Thanks, Matt! Even though I’m not a no-meat athlete, I still enjoy reading your blog for general fitness inspiration (especially with respect to running, which is I think why I found you in the first place).
