(Just want the book without the post? Download the sample chapter!)
I’ve been reading Leo Babauta’s blog for a while. If you take a minute to check out his blog, you’ll realize that he had also struggled with health and decided to work on it, little by little, until he had developed good fitness habits that stuck.
We love the easy way out, but we tend to make fitness and nutrition so incredibly complicated.
His minimalist ideas about fitness really inspire me, so I searched his blog for as many fitness-related articles as I could find. There were so many great ones that I wanted to put them all in one place to share with you.
Big thanks to Leo!
I can’t thank Leo enough for giving me permission to put this together. I listened to a podcast he did where he said his work is all “uncopyrighted“, which means anyone is free to use his work any way they choose.
I’ll say it now: I didn’t write any of the articles in the ebook. I’m merely curating them into one document to make them easy to consume. Leo’s work is really good, and many of you probably had no idea who he is (he’s one of the most respected bloggers in the world), so he’s glad to have his work shared. Take a look at his uncopyright notice for more info, and check out more of his blog while you’re there!
What’s in it:
It’s not finished, but I wanted to share with you a sample chapter. Eventually the e-book will have 25 posts from ZenHabits covering
- The Basics
As you might have noticed, I don’t have a title for it yet. I’m still going back and forth. Feel free to offer suggestions!
If you like this preview chapter, please stay tuned for the completed version. When it’s finished, I’ll first share it with the subcribers of the FindingMyFitness list, so if you haven’t subscribed, please consider doing so.
Finally, if this small sample helps you in any way, please consider sharing it on Facebook or tweeting about it.
To your health and fitness!
