Officially from October 23 to November 16, there’s a new challenge for all of us slow-carbers. Yeah, we’re a bit late over here, but it’s still not too late to join!
Keep yourself accountable
The life hacking app, Lift, and Ferriss have teamed up to create the 4 Hour Body challenge. If you’re unfamiliar, Lift is a tracking app with community built in. So you won’t be doing it alone – you’ll be joining the thousands of folks who use Lift for accountability and encouragement.
If you don’t have an iDevice, don’t fret! There’s a 4 Hour Body app for Android that you can use. You can find it here. It’s not quite the same as Lift, but it’ll help you track well. This is what I’ll be using.
The $1,000,000 Pot
In addition to using Lift, Ferriss has also teamed up with DietBet for a 4 Hour Body challenge. At the time of writing this, the pot is just under $30,000!
The best part of the bet is that everyone who loses at least 4% of their starting weight will win something!
