This might be the shortest post I have here, but it’s very profound to me right now. It speaks to my biggest struggle, and I’ll bet it’s one of yours as well.
On hunger pangs during the day:
“That is a willpower issue, if you ask me. If you’re eating substantial amounts, and you’re getting adequate calories for the day, then the hunger that’s going on [between meals] is not your body saying ‘We don’t have enough calories to function.’ It’s your body saying ‘I’m not metabolically healthy, I want some glucose. I say you tough it out.” – Jason Seib
I highly recommend subscribing to that podcast.
I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. This can be a very important discussion for many of us. It could be the breakthrough we’ve been waiting for.
