Chicken wings are one of those things that you really, really wish were slow-carb but kinda really aren’t. The problem, though, lies in the batter and sauce, not the wing itself.
If you look hard enough, you’ll find some places to eat wings that will keep you on plan and still allow you not to be that guy.
Last week at work the whole crew wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, and I hesitated. I thought about it for a night and then decided I’ll check out the menu to see what they have. It was hard to come up with their nutritional content, but eventually I found it.
The bad news is there really isn’t a whole lot for us to eat there (check their numbers…it’s horrendous!).
The great news is that there is enough that you won’t go hungry!
