Having a desk job is not an excuse not to move around. In this post, I show you exactly how I still get over 10K steps, 18 floors, and over 5 miles in a day without changing my life’s schedule to fit in a workout.
My wife and I attempted slow carb a few years ago. I lost 28 pounds in about 3 months and then we just stopped. I was nowhere near what my goal was but we just kept cheating and over time we stopped weighing ourselves. Eventually I was forced to take it very serious.
This might be the shortest post I have here, but it’s very profound to me right now. It speaks to my biggest struggle, and I’ll bet it’s one of yours as well.
