My name is Jason. I started my fitness journey a long time ago, but I only got serious about it after reading The 4 Hour Body in December of 2010.
I know there are a lot of people like me. I’ve been overweight all my life, and I’ve never been able to find the “secret” to losing weight and keeping it off. I don’t really think there is a secret, just some different things we can do.
This blog exists to help people get fit. Part of the reason I created it was to keep myself sane, but really I want to pass on things I learn to others. I want to show you what works for me so you can try it for yourself. I often add new recipes as well, so it’s worth coming back often.
