Garlic Roasted AsparagusI’m sure most of you know by now that I love food. I love food so much I get excited thiking about how I want to make my next dinner. I wouldn’t call myself obsessed with food, but I certainly like to love what I’m putting in my mouth.

So naturally when I started Finding My Fitness, I wanted to be sure that people knew what I was eating, and I’ve always wanted to share with you the recipes I’ve come up with that help me to eat better and begin living a much healthier lifestyle.

If you take a look at the FMF Recipe page, you’ll already see a bunch of recipes that fall in the slow-carb diet as prescribed in The Four Hour Body. I am constantly working to add new recipes and food ideas because I want to show you that even if the food list is llmited, the variety of what you can eat is not and that it’s far from boring.

A new way to get FMF recipes

The recipes you’ll find on FMF are all tasty, if I may say so myself. They are some of my favorites. After all, why would I share with you stuff I won’t eat myself? I wanted to give something back to the folks who are specifically following me, though. You are the ones who keep this blog going which, in turn, keeps me on the track towards physical fitness.

Anyone who wants to can find the recipes on the blog. People hit them from Google all the time. In fact, my recipe articles are by far the most visited pages. The recipe page itself is the number one post linked to page on this whole site. I think that’s outstanding, and I’m humbled by it. But I wanted to do something special for my followers.

Recipes just for you

I am really excited to introduce to you to my 10 Best Recipe series. These are, to start, 10 of my best recipes, several of which I created specifically for this series. But there’s only one way to get these recipes.

I said “to start”, so I should explain that. You’ll automatically get 10 recipes just for asking. Every once in a while I’m sure I’ll create a recipe that I think is just exceptional. Those will go into this series. So even though I say 10 recipes, you’ll definitely get more.

Enough already, where are the recipes?

I’ve created these recipes as a newsletter. When you sign up on the FMF Newsletter, you’ll automatically start getting the recipes. You’ll get one recipe per week delivered straight to your email inbox. Each recipe contains a photo of the food (that I actually took) so you’ll know what it’s supposed to look like.

I realize I’m asking for your name and email address, but I promise I’ll never sell it to anyone. It’ll be a secret between you and me. Folks on the list will get periodic updates from FMF, like if I launch a new feature or something like that, but I will not start spamming you, and I will not use your email address for anything other than this mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time (although if you unsubscribe before getting all 10 recipes, you won’t get them all)

Again, all you need to do is sign up for the newsletter with your name and email address, and you’ll automatically start getting the recipes delivered to you. When I add a new one, you’ll get that too. Just fill out the form in the side bar and you’ll start getting them!

I would love to have your feedback as well. If you have a great tweak to a recipe or want to tell me it’s awesome or it sucks, just send me an email. If I love your tweak, and you let me, I might put it in the newsletter.
