The Inspiration

To be completely honest, the whole inspiration for my current (and final) journey towards fitness came from reading The 4 Hour Body. Actually, it came from reading an article on Gizmodo about the book. That was enough to get me started. I lost 6 lbs in the first week. That was enough to keep me going one more week. This blog and you all have kept me going since.
