Slow carb recipe - pizzaYou’ve found The 4 Hour Body and you’re in. You’ve found a few blogs that have great 4HB info. You’ve even gotten some pretty good ideas for food.

But you want more.

We all want more ideas. We know it’s true that we generally do the same things over and over again, but we want options anyway. We buy all kinds of cookbooks and go to recipe sites to find the wealth of culinary possibilities. We’re so happy when we find the one recipe we love more than any other.

But sometimes the choices are overwhelming!

Here’s a list for you

I’ve put together just for you this list of 18 meal and snack ideas. Many of them have recipes already on this site, and some you can get by subscribing to the newsletter.

There are only a few here that I didn’t create, but the ones that I’ve borrowed I’ve modified myself. They are all great-tasting, and they’re all slow-carb friendly. Some of them are even paleo friendly!

So take a look. Add these to your weekly lineup and find out how versatile and delicious slow-carb can really be!

If you really want to take it up a notch, though, you should check out the slow-carb meal planning service I created. It’s a weekly email with shopping list and meals to keep you on plan all week.
